*SNEAK PEEK* THE PROGRAM CALENDAR

  • We jump right in to connect as a cohort, learn about our collective experiences, and get clarity on the goals and expectations we have as both individuals and group.

    We start to get clear on what your bold move is in service of and ensure to align our values with our next steps.

  • This week jumps into setting priorities, staying focused on the fewest, most important tasks, and understanding how energy and impact can shape our ‘to-do’ list.

  • Week three is all about pressure testing ideas, identifying major pain points, and getting collective feedback on your next steps. This is a hands-on session where Moxie Members participate in a hot-seat coaching exercise that pulls expertise from your coaches and fellow group members.

  • This week we explore courage as a tool and how to find the sweet spot of tension that allows for growth. This is a pivotal part in the program where we go from discovery into breakthroughs on our bold moves. It’s time to start taking action.

  • Our motto for week five is a classic: ‘Don’t let perfect get in the way of good.’ This week we seek to better understand our perfectionist tendencies and challenge the way we take action (especially in the chaos and the unknown)

  • Expanding on earlier sessions, we take another look at energy and the impact it has on our progress. Our group conversations expand on behaviors and mindsets that can help us maintain momentum.

  • We believe our bold moves are better when done together. This week explores how to leverage both your moxie community and your extended network to sustain movement on your bold moves. Leave with a starting line-up support team of your dreams #ittakesavillage

  • It’s closing time… Well, for now. We use this final session to celebrate our progress and cement our learnings through reflection.

    We wrap up our group time by transitioning the group into our alumni network or Moxie Mavens!
